A joint proposal led by coworking company WeWork and an artificial intelligence entity affiliated with billionaire Elon Musk to develop 30 of the most scenic acres of the San Francisco waterfront may be dead just days ahead of a vote on the plan, following a new staff report suggesting an end to the entire redevelopment effort of the city's Presidio.
