Logomark Signs 10-Year Lease for $10.2M

Firm Relocates HQ to 122,000 SF in Tustin

Logomark Inc. signed a 10-year lease for 122,807 square feet at 1201 Bell Ave. in Tustin. The lease is valued at approximately $10.2 million and includes $1.25 million in tenant improvements to suit Logomark's operational needs. The company will be relocating its headquarters from 1752 Langley Ave. in Irvine.
