Although a large crowd of mostly undergrads, grad students and alumni filled a roughly 100-seat lecture hall at the George Washington University in Washington, DC, to hear New York-based Josh N. Kuriloff, executive vice president and board member at Cushman & Wakefield, there was no mention of millionaire mogul status; no step-by-step guide to becoming the next “Apprentice” of commercial real estate and no viper-like sting at the end saying "You're fired."
