Paramount Realty Acquires Ganttown Plaza for $12M

Joint Venture Sells 108,000-SF New Jersey Retail Center

Paramount Realty Services Inc. purchased the Ganttown Plaza Shopping Center at 5200 Route 42 in Turnersville, NJ, from AMC Delancey Group Inc. Metro Commercial was the co-owner of the plaza with AMC Delancey in a joint venture. The 108,057-square-foot community center was purchased for $12 million, or $111 per square foot.
