Commercial brokerage Moses Tucker Partners, in partnership with private real estate investment firm Equity Partnership Holdings, completed the $35 million redevelopment of the historic Boyle Building in downtown Little Rock. Renamed the Bob R. Brooks, Jr. Justice Building, the transformative project revitalizes the historic 12-story tower at the intersection of Capitol Avenue and Main Street in the city’s urban core.
