226,000-SF Building Sold to Investors

The acquisition of the office and R & D building at 169 Myers Corner Road in Wappingers Falls, NY brings the former IBM building under new ownership. Emerald Technologies Solutions (ETS) sold the building for an undisclosed amount to a partnership of investors, Savanna Partners and Lubert-Adler Real Estate Funds, in a sale-leaseback transaction.
