Office leasing activity in San Francisco scorched higher over the past three months as tenants committed to lease more than 3 million square feet of new office space in the third quarter, nearly reaching an all-time high for the market. Business trends appear to favor continued strong leasing activity as many business leaders are preparing for a return to in-office work later this year and early 2022.
