The Marcel O. Bizier Trust purchased the 136,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center at 650 Raco Drive in a building user sale. Occupying the building will be Discount Trophies. The seller was Max W. Young of M.W. Young Construction Co. The Lawrenceville building sold for $30 per square foot, or $4.08 million in total. Brad Pope of Hailey Realty Co. represented the buyer. Bill Brantley of Brantley Real Estate represented the seller.
