Insurance agency Medical Administrator Inc. renewed its lease for 10,496 square feet on the fourth floor of 24500 Center Ridge Road in Westlake. The Class-B, four-story office building is one of six at the King James Office Park. It measures 81,067 square feet includes amenities such as on-site management, a restaurant, travel agency, conference facility and an auditorium. Rocco DiPuccio of Colliers International represented the landlord.
