Office sublet availabilities in the Seattle area have been rising, with about 7 million square feet of space on the market as of this week, up from 6.7 million square feet on Feb. 11. Tenants of all varieties have decided to put up space for sublease since the beginning of the pandemic, but there appears to be a trend for what type of office users are putting up their offices for sublease more frequently.
