German Fashion Retailer Wants To Accelerate Restructuring and Keep Stores Open

Fashion retailer Peek & Cloppenburg has applied to the Düsseldorf District Court for creditor protection, the German equivalent of Chapter 11 in the US. The company wants to accelerate its ongoing restructuring while all 67 shops in Germany and its online shop remain open.
