Dollar Tree, the Virginia-based national discount retail chain, has signed a lease for 19,085 square feet at Linda Mar Shopping Center in Pacifica, California. The landlord for the center is Kimco Realty Corp., a publicly traded real estate investment trust that owns and operates open-air, grocery-anchored shopping centers across the United States.
