A large warehousing and distribution company has signed a new lease for 1,443,600 square feet of industrial space at Space Center, an underground industrial complex at 1550 S. Geospace Drive in Independence, Missouri. The deal with Link Logistics Real Estate, one of North America's largest industrial landlords, marks the biggest industrial lease in the Kansas City metro area so far this year by square footage.
