Quantall, a Bay Area preclinical contract research organization that provides in vivo and bioanalytical services to support drug development, has signed a sublease for 10,000 square feet of space at 343 Oyster Point Blvd. in South San Francisco. The building is owned by GI Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm that manages more than $42 billion in properties with a focus on technology and life sciences.
