HeartFlow, a which has pioneered the use of software and artificial intelligence to deliver a more accurate and clinically effective noninvasive solution for diagnosing and managing coronary artery disease, has signed a new lease for 17,732 square feet on the 21st floor of the office tower at 135 Main St. in San Francisco's South Financial District. That's in addition to the 8,143 square feet the company leased on the building's 10th floor for a three-year term that began a year ago.
