Symetra Life Insurance Co. finalized a deal for two, 10-year leases totaling 289,882 square feet in downtown Bellevue. The company will occupy floors three through 15 in Rainier Plaza and floors 16 and 17, plus parts of the first and sixth floors in the Key Center. Equity Office Properties owns both buildings.
