Premiere Towing Inc. signed a lease to occupy the entire building addressed 5133 Tireman St. in Detroit. The 12,472 square-foot service center contains 500 square feet of office space and was leased for about $4 per square foot. It was formerly at 11529 Rosa Parks Blvd., also in Detroit.
