Jamison Buys Warner Atrium for $18.5M

Canoga Avenue Office Building Change Hands

Jamison Properties purchased 6400 Canoga Ave. in Woodland Hills, CA, for $18.5 million, about $147 per square foot. The 126,203-square-foot office building is also known as Warner Atrium. It is comprised of two, three-story atrium buildings on 4.7 acres. Warner Atrium sold at a 9.2% cap rate, based on income at time of sale. Major tenants include, Northwestern Mutual, Poliquin Kellogg Design and ADP Inc.
