Texas-based Crescent Real Estate Equities (NYSE:CEI) sold Ptarmigan Place, a 418,630-square-foot office property at 3773 Cherry Creek Drive southeast of downtown Denver. The half-leased building was purchased by a new fund managed by Denver Tech Center to acquire distressed office properties in the Denver region, according to brokers.
