Brokerage Voit Real Estate Services is collaborating with developer Tangerine Energy to lease and acquire as many as 50 California industrial properties annually over the next five years. The team plans to convert the sites into battery storage centers and tap into commercial users’ rising adoption of alternatives to combat rising electricity costs.
