A/X Armani Exchange is planning to change headquarters after signing a 10-year lease for 40,000 square feet on the ninth floor at 111 Eighth Ave. The fashion house will move to the 2.8 million-square-foot building from 55 Fifth Ave. Its relocation should be complete by the end of the year.
