Metropolitan Mattress, an Arizona-based mattress retailer, signed a lease for 23,624 square feet of industrial space at 1524 W. 14th St. in Hohokam Industrial Park in Tempe, AZ. The company will commence its five-year lease in September when it occupies its portion of the 173,960-square-foot industrial building.
