Greenville, South Carolina-based real estate investment firm Dunean Capital Management closed on its acquisition of the Anderson Farm & Reservoir, an approximately 1,250-acre tract at 340 Hampton Road in Williamston, South Carolina, southwest of Greenville, just off I-85. The land traded for $37 million, or approximately $29,600 per acre.
