JLL appointed DeJeana Kilgore, who has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, technology, design and advisory services, to head its Americas consulting business. In her new role, Kilgore will oversee the region’s corporate real estate consulting business and drive workplace strategy, client experience and real estate transformation across the Americas, JLL said. She started on Monday.
Most recently, Kilgore served as partner at EY-Parthenon, where she designed and launched the firm’s workplace strategy practice and led a core team while overseeing coordination of a network of more than 140 corporate real estate consultants. The move marks a homecoming for Kilgore, who served as a director in the JLL's Work Dynamics division from 2014 to 2018. The firm said she succeeded Amanda Kross, who has transitioned to a global leadership role within JLL’s Financial Services division.
Chris Holm has joined global architecture and design firm Corgan as a principal and chief information officer in Dallas. In his new role, he will lead technology strategy and operations and work to ensure its tech, data, and cybersecurity priorities are aligned with business initiatives that drive innovation across the firm, Corgan said.
Holm brings over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, data and enterprise applications to the position. During his career, he has overseen large-scale modernizations, cybersecurity programs and AI strategies. He is a former chair of DallasCIO and is a member of the Warren Center, a nonprofit group that advocates for and serves children and families impacted by developmental delays and disabilities.
SRS Real Estate added Chris McKenzie and Jason Sneed in its Los Angeles office to expand the firm's industrial business throughout Southern California. McKenzie, who has over a decade of industrial real estate experience, joined as a vice president. Sneed joined as an associate specializing in industrial leasing and investment sales and advising owners, occupiers and investors throughout the region. The two previously worked at Lee & Associates.
Swinerton added Lynn Tompkins as a project executive and education market lead and Matt Letlow as a project executive. Tompkins will lead the growth and delivery of the national builder’s K-12 and higher education portfolio across North Texas and provide executive oversight of project strategy, client development and operational excellence, the construction company said. The mayor of Cross Roads, Texas, Tompkins brings over 20 years of experience to his position.
Joining Tompkins in the Dallas office, Letlow will help drive project delivery, support strategic growth initiatives and strengthen client relationships, the firm said. He brings over 25 years of construction experience to the role, with expertise in preconstruction planning, operational leadership, client partnerships and project execution.
South Florida general contractor ANF promoted Christine Graeff to vice president of project development, expanding her leadership role to include setting strategy for how the firm plans, builds and delivers projects across South Florida. In her new role, Graeff, who has spent the past 15 years at ANF, will focus on operations, business development, preconstruction efforts and planning and scheduling, the firm said.
Merit Commercial Real Estate added Daniel Farrar as managing partner of its new Charlotte, North Carolina, office. Farrar’s real estate experience includes the execution of transactions across the Carolinas, Virginia and Georgia. He and his team will boost the San Antonio-based firm’s brokerage, capital markets, deal original and development offerings across the Southeast, Merit said.
