Katherine Mackintosh has been appointed managing director of Robertson Property with immediate effect.
Mackintosh, who joined the firm from Highland Council in 2008, will lead the strategic direction of the business relating to its regeneration, masterplanning, asset management and development services.
Projects being worked on by the firm, which is part of Scotland-based construction specialist Robertson Group, include the regeneration masterplan for Atlantic Wharf Butetown, featuring the 16,500-capacity Cardiff Arena with Live Nation.
Her appointment comes as Robertson hopes to expand its work with public and private sector organisations on masterplanning, town centre regeneration, housing and regional economic development across the UK.
