Savills is to relocate its Bristol office into larger space to enable further expansion, CoStar News can reveal.

The global adviser has signed a new lease with landlord and developer V7 to occupy the entirety of Dock House totalling circa 12,000 square feet. The building is one of Bristol’s landmark offices on Welsh Back.

Savills will relocate from Embassy House on Queen's Avenue and move into Dock House. The comprehensively refurbished property, which overlooks the Floating Harbour, provides offices across the ground and two upper floors.

Paddy Hales, head of Savills Bristol, said in a statement: “Our workplace is a reflection of our culture, ambition, and the calibre of talent we aim to attract and retain. Relocating to Dock House will assist us in our continued targets for growth of our excellent Bristol-based service lines. The building’s quality, sustainability credentials, and central location make it an ideal environment for our team, and we’re excited to be moving into a space that supports both collaboration and innovation.”

The Savills Bristol team offers property services across commercial, development and residential.
