Brooklyn-based gourmet grocer Dumbo Market will open its first New Jersey location at Southend Lofts, a condominium building under restoration at 38 Jackson St. in Hoboken’s South End. The market will occupy a 12,700-square-foot space within the building’s retail atrium, with an expected opening in about 12 months.
