Firm Moves Down Richmond Avenue

Highlands Insurance moved its Houston branch operation from 10370 Richmond St. to 10200 Richmond Ave. in the Westchase East market of Houston. It leased 10,480 square feet in the 60,000-square-foot building. Built in 1980, the two-story office building features covered parking, card key access and an atrium. Highlands Insurance specializes in a variety of insurance coverage including commercial property and casualty insurance, multi-peril insurance, workers' compensation, general liability and commercial auto insurance. Steve Rocher and Kristen Porter with Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord BMS Management Inc. Mike Boeler and Ronnie Deyo with The Staubach Co. represented Highlands Insurance.
