Highlands Insurance moved its Houston branch operation from 10370 Richmond St. to 10200 Richmond Ave. in the Westchase East market of Houston. It leased 10,480 square feet in the 60,000-square-foot building. Built in 1980, the two-story office building features covered parking, card key access and an atrium. Highlands Insurance specializes in a variety of insurance coverage including commercial property and casualty insurance, multi-peril insurance, workers' compensation, general liability and commercial auto insurance.
