FJM Investments purchased 19 buildings within the Sunrise Industrial Park in Rancho Cordova, CA, for $40 million, approximately $43 per square foot. The 19 industrial and warehouse buildings acquired total 929,215 square feet. The buildings range in size from 12,800 square feet to 135,633 square feet on nearly 44 acres. The properties were approximately 97 percent leased at the time of sale. The transaction represents one of the largest industrial sales in the Sacramento region.
