Two former Brockton Capital executives, Sanjay Sethi and Max Bassadone, have launched Tokoro Capital, a real estate investment manager, and announce the close of its first Fund, TKO-I LP having raised €100m of capital commitments. With leverage the fund has around €250m of investable capital that will initially target office opportunities in London and Paris.
