Inland Empire Office Vacancies Remain Near Historic Lows

Limited Spec Development Eases Pressure on Existing Properties

Both net absorption and net deliveries in the Inland Empire office market spiked in the second quarter of 2020, but much of that is attributable to build-to-suit medical offices planned years ago, including the Riverside University Health System’s 200,000-square-foot Medical Center in Moreno Valley and a 150,000-square-foot medical office in Beaumont, across from the San Gorgino Memorial Hospital.
