Property group buys wine country self-storage facility

Oakland-based Harvest Properties partners with New York Life Real Estate Investors to purchase Sonoma property

Harvest Properties, a California real estate firm, has partnered with Madison Avenue-based equity fund New York Life Real Estate Investors to purchase the self-storage property at 155 Fremont Drive in Sonoma, California. Previously owned by a private individual, the building sold for $21.9 million, or about $273 per square foot.
