Industrial sublease availability in Southern California’s Inland Empire has increased sharply over the past year, rising to a record level in recent months. Over 9 million square feet of industrial space across the market is listed for sublease among 85 buildings, accounting for over 15% of the total space availability in the market and over 1% of the total inventory base. The sublease listings provide tenants seeking space with a broad range of size options, from under 1,000 square feet to over 1 million square feet.
