Brandondale, a mobile home park in the far southwest Minneapolis suburb of Chaska, Minnesota, has sold in an off-market sale for a price far above its assessed value. The $40 million deal ranks third among the largest multifamily deals of the year so far and the top 10 highest dollar sales in the Twin Cities area of any kind.
