McPherson Square Sells for $8M

ACLU Will Occupy Office Building

The McPherson Square building at 915 15th St. NW sold for $8 million from 915 15th Street Associates LP to 915 15th Street LLC. The 10-story building with 33,710 square feet was acquired to provide space for a new home for the American Civil Liberties Union. 915 15th is one block from the White House and is in the Historic Financial district of the Central Business District in Washington, DC. The sale coincides with upcoming tenant rollover of roughly half the space.
