Plastic Enterprise Co., a manufacturer of plastic products, leased 153,000 square feet of underground warehouse space at 150-6000 Geospace Drive in Independence, MO. Built in 1966 and known as Space Center Executive Park, the underground facility totals 4.5 million square feet. The warehouse features dock-high and grade-level loading, 14-foot to 16-foot clear height and wet sprinklers.
