Centennial Professionals LLC, a law firm, purchased 335 Centennial Way in Tustin from Benn & Associates. The 7,391-square-foot, freestanding office building sold for $1.4 million, or approximately $189 per square foot. Centennial Professionals will be occupying its new building, which is near the Civic Center.
