Discount Store Grows in Delmont

Dollar Tree Opens New Location

Dollar Tree, a discount variety store, signed a five-year lease for 16,950 square feet of retail space at Salem 22 Plaza in Delmont, PA. The tenant plans to take occupancy of the space on October 1st of this year. The 22,500-square-foot building, built in 1978, is located off of Route 22. Carquest Auto Parts currently occupies the remainder of the building. Dollar Tree, based in Chesapeake, VA, has over 2,000 stores in the U.S. David Hanley of PRC Commercial represented the owner, Salem 22 Associates. Jay Murphy of ECHO Development represented the tenant.
