A group of doctors, using the shell name Cedar Lane Associates, purchased the medical building at 315 Cedar Lane in Teaneck, NJ, from Northern New Jersey ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat). The purchase price was $1 million, or $100 per square foot. The property at 315 Cedar Lane is a 2-story, 10,000-square-foot office building.
