Financial services firm Hilco Global promoted two senior executives as part of an expansion of its advisory services geared to real estate clients. The Northbrook, Illinois-based company appointed Michael Sheinkop as head of strategy and growth for its real estate advisory practice and Jeff Azuse as head of operations for brokerage.

Sheinkop, who has 30 years of industry experience, previously served as an executive vice president at Hilco. Before that, he served in executive roles at firms including Newmark, Equis Corp. and Equity Office Properties Trust. In his new role, he will lead Hilco’s real estate talent acquisition and related operations, the firm said. As for Azuse, he will oversee scaling of Hilco’s brokerage practice after previously working at the firm as a senior vice president and vice president of operations during the past 13 years, the company said. He worked earlier at real estate auction firm Sheldon Good & Co.

New York-based Ripco Real Estate said it added Adam Gang as a vice president in its Manhattan office, where he will focus on clients in the luxury retail category. Gang, an 18-year industry veteran, previously helped secure locations for brands including Yves Saint Laurent, Dior, Gucci, Givenchy and Fendi. He joined Ripco after prior work at firms including Capricorn Retail Advisors, Canada Goose, Kering, Tory Burch, LVMH and Apple.

Ripco said it also added Michael Ro as an associate in its New Jersey office, where he will work in retail landlord and tenant representation. He previously worked at Charter Realty-Zelco Properties and WS Development.

Residential services provider Cross Street Real Estate said it acquired Denver-based Toprock Real Estate and named that firm’s founder, John Galloway, as a managing broker at Cross Street. Galloway has nearly a decade of experience in areas including project management. Cross Street handles multifamily leasing, residential sales and developer partnerships from offices in Chicago, Denver and Cleveland.

Native Realty said it added Michelle Speroni as an associate in its Fort Lauderdale, Florida, office, as the firm expands its South Florida commercial brokerage services. Speroni worked previously at firms including CARR, Element Real Estate and Vitas Healthcare.

New York-based Sports and Entertainment Real Estate Global Holdings, also known as SERE or Seregh, said it acquired data analytics firm Revenue Over and Above Replacement and named its founder, Adam Grossman, as chief analytics officer at SERE.
