Landmark Education signed a 7-year lease at 543 Howard St. The company, based in San Francisco at 353 Sacramento St., is relocating its classrooms at 875 Howard St. due to the recent deal by the Academy of Sciences to occupy the entire building. The company is completing tenant improvements to the 15,102-square-foot space on the lower level and first floor with move-in set for late fourth quarter 2003. The 5-story, 71,500-square-foot property completed renovations in late 2002.
