JJW Logistics analyzes and makes recommendations for inventory control, asset management and warehousing. With this lease, the building owner's portfolio in the Garland area, Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE:FR), is fully leased. First Industrial was represented in-house by Mark Aller.
