Upside Investments Plans To Revitalize Plaza

Upside Investments Inc. purchased Crenshaw Imperial Plaza in Inglewood, CA. The mixed-use center consists of a 220,300-square-foot retail building at 2616-2900 W. Imperial Highway and an 84,800-square-foot office building at 2930 W. Imperial Highway. In total, Upside Investments paid $12 million for the 305,100-square-foot center, or $39 per square foot.
