Retail Community Center Sells for Undisclosed Price

The Albany Square shopping center on Dawson Boulevard in Albany, GA, sold for an undisclosed price. The 120,718-square-foot retail property was sold by Van Guard Associates to Joseph Lefkowitz of Orlando, FL. Tenants include: Hobby Lobby (60,000 square feet), Stein Mart (21,000 square feet), and Beall's Outlet (10,000 square feet). Craig Taylor of CBRE represented the seller. The buyer represented itself.
