Flexible Finance has signed a 40,645-square-foot office lease at 300 Park Ave. S. in New York. Founded in 2019, Flexible Finance is a fintech startup whose Flex app allows renters to pay rent in installments and assists residential landlords in collecting rents. The fintech company will relocate its headquarters from 33 Irving Place within the Midtown South area next August.
