A premier suburban Cleveland mixed-use development is growing to meet the area's expanding needs.
The Crocker Park retail, office and entertainment mixed-use development in Westlake, Ohio, has been a destination since first opening in 2004. Its latest expansion, Crocker Commons, brings new and notable tenants to the popular spot.
Completed in 2023 by Midwest Development Partners, Crocker Commons adds 61,900 square feet to the thriving Crocker Park mixed-use development. Tenants already in the Commons include hamburger chain Shake Shack, fast-casual Indian restaurant Choolaah and Verizon Wireless. The structure is ready for additional interior build-out, and a generous tenant improvement allowance is offered.
The project was selected as the winner of the 2024 CoStar Impact Award for commercial development of the year for Cleveland, as judged by a local team of real estate professionals familiar with the market.
About the Project: The overall Crocker Park mixed-use development offers office space, apartments, a movie theater, more than 100 shops and more than 35 restaurants on the city's West Side. Crocker Commons is a multi-tenant, single-story medical/office building with surface-lot parking.
