D.E. Rec. Inc. signed a five-year lease to occupy 33,500 square feet at 801 Harrisburg Pike in Columbus. The property located at 801 Harrisburg Pike is a freestanding bowling center. D.E. Rec. Inc. will occupy the entire facility and is expected to move in May of this year. Michael Metersky of First Site Realty represented the landlord, Bocce Inc., in the direct deal with D.E. Rec. Inc.
