Morris & Bessie Weiss Trust purchased the two-story building located at 11627 Telegraph Road in Santa Fe Springs, CA, for $1.6 million, or $56.26 per square foot. The buyer will occupy a large portion of the 28,440-square-foot building that is ML zoned.
