Cincinnati-based Blue Chip Mailing Services Inc., signed a 3-year, 35,000-square-foot lease; taking the entire building at 6665 Creek Road in Blue Ash, OH. The building, built in 1962, features four loading docks, phase-three power and sits of 1.7 acres of land. The new tenant plans to move into the Hamilton County building before July of this year. John Gartner and David Azar of Grubb & Ellis|West Shell Commercial brokered the direct deal.
