Pepperdine University signed a lease to occupy 116,034 square feet at 6100 Center Drive in the Howard Hughes Center of Los Angeles. Pepperdine will be relocating from approximately 88,000 square feet at 400 Corporate Point in Culver City, CA. Total consideration for the 15-year lease was valued at approximately $15 million.
